Who we serve
Construction crews need toilet facilities that meet OSHA 1926.51(c) requirements: at 20 workers or fewer, one toilet is enough; beyond that the ratio climbs to one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers, then one per 50 at 200 workers or more. We size the job before you rent. Events like weddings and festivals in Lexington-Fayette need event restroom rental fast, and we deliver within hours. Farms doing hand-labor work follow different rules under OSHA 1928.110, which calls for potable water and toilet access within a quarter mile. We pump grease traps at restaurants and provide grease trap pumping when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. What we rent
Portable toilet rental includes our standard and deluxe flushable porta potties, which serve crews, events and outdoor venues. Restroom trailers come in 2, 4 and 8 stall models and work for mid-size to large events where a porta potty won't cut it. Roll-off dumpster rental handles debris from renovations and demolition; we deliver and haul away, and a roll-off needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. Storage containers rent by the month for tools, materials and seasonal equipment. Temporary fencing secures construction zones and event perimeters. Handwashing stations are required where employees apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1), and must include soap and towels or a hand drying device per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), hand sanitizer alone does not meet code.
Septic pumping service is what we do when your tank fills. A residential septic tank gets pumped every 3 to 5 years, depending on tank size and household size. We also pump holding tanks for temporary installations and emergency situations in Lexington-Fayette and the surrounding towns.
